How to install the Muse Shopify Widget into your muse website?

I literally have no idea how to do this. I have added in the cart button on my Masters page and its showing up on all the pages.

But how do I make the Products from Shopify show up on my shop page? Do I need to imbed code or do I need to add in more of the shopify widget in my library section?

There is no need to code, you can simply design your website with Muse, just like you would design any Muse website and use the widget to connect your store to Shopify.
