There could be different reasons for that error.
If this is on the first attempt to run the blog, please make sure that your server meets the minimum requirements for the blog, especially is capable of running PHP, which is a widely supported scripting language that blog uses.
If the problem persisted, please feel free to submit a ticket, and we will check the issue. It might for example be that some small component needs to be activated on the server. We will be able to tell after we have checked it online for you.
