Can't create an account at all

Hi

I have tried multiple times to create an account at qooquee.com, but every I got an error saying there is an error with the password, then when I tried again, it said that account already exists. If I tried to recover my password, I get this error.

Notice: Error: Password not accepted from server! in /home/qooqee/public_html/system/library/mail.php on line 251

Anyone else having issues?

I also tried submitting a ticket, but got the similar password errors.

Help!

The error was due to the mail server update. We updated our email client and now we can send more secure transactional emails than before, however during the update the forms on the website were down temporarily for about 4 hours last night, you can now submit your tickets successfully.

Also, the error that showed up after the purchase was due to the same mail server downtime, and it is working perfectly now, we are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Same problem for me unfortunately.

I just logged in successfully with the details I put in during signup. So it looks like the form is working despite presenting the error.

Issue has escalated somewhat! I successfully purchased the ultimate pass however my purchase is not being recognised. Like Evan, I cannot submit a help ticket.
