Yes, you can download all the widget, except the blog. All the future widgets will be added to your profile as well, and templates of course.

The widgets will continue working after your subscription is over, we  will not and cannot  remove or disable the widgets you have installed on your website, you just do not get the updates and the newer versions anymore and you cannot download them from your account when your subscription period is over.
