The new Responsive Menu is awesome. But how do I make the menu trigger animate from two closed dashes

to the two open dashes when you hover over it? as displayed in the responsive menu example page: http://www.qooqee.com/muse-widgets/responsive-muse-menu/index.html#features

It is very easy:

  1. Create a rectangle.
  2. give the rectangle top and bottom stroke from the Stroke panel in Muse.
  3. From the Stroke panel > Align, set the stroke alignment to "Align the stroke to inside".
  4. Then select the hover state in the State panel in Muse (as the rectangle is still selected).
  5. Now set the stroke alignment in the Stroke panel to "Align stroke to outside".

You are all set!

Awesome thank you. I did create a rectangle and it worked as expected in rollover state but it didn't not active the push menu.So I just applied the same instructions you listed to the menu icon that the widget generates by default.

If you want to use another object as the trigger, all you need to do is to give it the same Graphic Style as the one you type or already have in the Menu widget option > Triggering section. You can also have multiple triggers this way.
