Media Focal Point - Works occasionally, please help.

Working with several widgets and I'm wondering if the problem comes from using too many or some other feature is causing this problem where either the hotspot doesn't come up with the rest of the page or that the whole page doesn't load.
I have had it work only once but it didn't work the next day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
