FollowLooking for Tool Tip?
I'm looking for a widget that I think I've seen on this site but can't seem to find.
What I'm looking for was at one time called a Tool Tip in Dreamweaver. It's called a Popover in Bootstrap.
Example: User clicks on a Text link and a small message pops up.
Which Widget would this be?
