How can I download the widgets through ultimate pass?

I have purchase an ultimate pass yesterday but I cannot use it ! When I chose a widget or a template, the button download send me on a page and it said you have not made any previous downloadable orders. I had check my paypal then phone to the paypal.they said the money was already pay, I was debited.
Can you do the necessery soon as possible ?
