List vs Post Page

Is there a way to show only one image for the list page and multiple images for the post page? I don't want several images for the initial list section that says Read More, also is there a way to style the Read More link to be a Button that says View Post?

Yes, you can have only one image showing up on the Blog post page, not all images. You can do this through the Blog backend settings.

You will be able to add any design changes that you want to the button and make it look the way that you want.
