The Fluid gallery will only finish loading once every image included in the gallery has been retrieved correctly. If you are finding that your Loading Bar to your gallery is stopping short of completion there may be an issue with the images you have loaded into the gallery. Make sure that each file is an appropriate format and style for the gallery.
