How do I control the order that thumbnails appear?
Open the thumbnail option panel and go to Sort Order.
Your first thumbnail will have a sort order of 0, second will have a sort order of 1, third will have a sort order of 2, etc.
Why does my gallery take a long time to load?
For large galleries, you need to make sure that you optimize your images for web. The easiest way to do this is to use Photoshop's Save For Web feature. Try to keep the image dimension smaller than 1000px by 1000px and not larger than 110kb in size.
My images are pixelated.

You can link a thumbnail to another page but you cannot have a link appear inside the lightbox.
Can a thumbnail be in more than one category?
We cannot have one thumbnail in multiple categories. But you can have a duplicate of that thumb and assign it to the new category.
