How To Work With The Muse File

The Muse file for Lenz can look intimidating at first but it’s actually quite easy to use.

Step One
Decide on which variations that you want to use.

The template can be previewed in full at this link. Links to all the variation pages can be found in the menu. The download includes two Muse files: Lenz-TG-Version 1 and Lenz-TG-Version 2. The main difference between the two versions is the navigation. Version 2 uses a horizontal icon/text navigation.

Step Two
Delete the pages that you don’t need.

This can be done by hovering over a page and clicking on the x icon. Or you can right-click on a page and select Delete Page’.

Note: If you are using the Home (full-width slider) or the Home (full-width video) page then do not delete the page that is beneath it (fullscreen or fullscreen-video). Those pages are needed.

Step Three

Decide which homepage and gallery you want to use. Delete the ones that you are not using. Also decide which 'other pages' you are using and delete the ones that you don't want.

Tips for master pages:

If there’s an object that cannot be edited on a page it is most likely because it is on a master page. To edit the locked object’, go to the master page.
