Searching Your Pages

The Search widget allows you to determine what pages are searched from your website. To include or exclude or a page use the Pages to be Searched section of the Main widget.

All Pages- Except the Ones Below

Select this option to exclude only the pages inserted in the Page name area.

Only the Pages Below

Select this option to only search through the pages inserted in the Page Name area.

Note: Be sure to separate each page name with a comma within the Page Name section.

Searching Your Content

The Search widget also allows you to determine what kind of content is included in your visitors search results. Select the Search Everything box within the Main widget to hold no reservations on what will appear in your visitors search results.

Otherwise, deselect the Search Everything box and use the Searchables section within the Main widget to filter what is searched through. Within this section you have the option to choose between Header and Paragraphs, or directly using Paragraph Style names within the appropriate area.

Note: Use either the Paragraph Style section or the Paragraph-Level Tag area within the Text Panel to categorize a line of text.
